Midtown64

Midtown64 is a premier mixed-use destination underway at the intersection of Interstate 64 and West Broad Street, serving as a gateway to Henrico’s thriving I-64 corridor. Anchored by an existing 130,000 square-foot trophy office building currently under renovation and the ability to develop an additional 200,000 square-foot trophy office building, the site is designed to attract top talent and inspire collaboration. Construction is underway in phases, with the first—including office, retail, residences, and the hotel—on track for completion in 2028.
