Dominion Packaging, Inc. Expands Henrico Footprint With $25M Investment

Manufacturer Scales Production and Creates Over 100 New Jobs

HENRICO, VA – Dominion Packaging, Inc., a premier independent U.S. manufacturer of folding cartons and consumer packaging, has expanded its footprint in eastern Henrico with a 188,000-square-foot industrial facility at 2724 Seven Hills Boulevard. The company’s $25 million investment is expected to create over 100 new jobs.

The new facility marks Dominion Packaging’s second location within the Airport Logistics Center and will serve as a dedicated finished goods and distribution hub. Relocating these functions from its neighboring 241,000-square-foot facility at 2708 Seven Hills Boulevard allows the company to scale its manufacturing production and meet surging customer demand. The two Airport Logistics Center facilities operate alongside Dominion’s flagship, 342,000-square-foot manufacturing site at 5700 Audubon Drive in Sandston.

Founded in 2004, Dominion Packaging, Inc. has grown into an industrial powerhouse, employing a workforce of over 400 team members and operating more than 770,000 square feet of advanced manufacturing and logistics space across three facilities in Henrico.  This recent expansion establishes the company as one of the county’s largest manufacturers.
