Few locations in the U.S. can match White Oak Technology Park in terms of infrastructure. The site was originally developed for semi-conductor manufacturing, and Henrico invested more than $44 million at White Oak to build a robust utility network capable of serving substantial industrial demand.

The master-planned park offers four-lane accessibility to both I-64 and I-295, fewer than three miles away. White Oak also offers access to Class I rail and is only 10 minutes from Richmond International Airport.
