Workforce Assistance
Workforce Development
Your most important asset is your people, so investing in your workforce is just good business. Companies with employees who are highly trained and well-educated have higher retention rates, a more engaged staff, and better bottom lines. The Henrico EDA staff can help you make your staff a priority.
We offer recruitment and retention consultation, labor market and wage analyses, closure and layoff aversion assistance, and we can connect you to available grant and tax credits to offset hiring and training expenses. We also have a vast network of workforce development partners. Let’s chat about what you need. Together, we'll craft an action plan for a speedy resolution.
